4 Weekly Sessions (1 hour each) in the first month

"Indepth 360" is unlike any business review you've done. Embark on a journey to see your business through the eyes of your customers. I'll meticulously evaluate what's working for you and what needs improvement, providing you with a comprehensive perspective. By the end of our time together, not only will you have absolute clarity on whats helping (and hurting) your brand, but clear, actionable steps to move forward - all prioritised in a way to maximise the impact to your business, your customer, and your bottom line.

Here's how we'll do it
Prior to our first session together, I'll go shopping as your customer would. I'll become your customer and experience first hand what it is like to deal with your
business. This can be an uncomfortable experience for some business owners, but we need to be honest about where we are starting from.
Brand and Customer Experience Analysis: I'll immerse myself in your online presence to experience your brand as a customer. Is the engagement seamless? What drives or hinders interaction with your business? What are my initial reactions, thoughts and hesitation when I experience you digitally.
Direct Interaction Assessment: If available, I'll reach out via phone to analyse the quality of conversations with your team. How do they engage and resolve customer issues? As a customer, how am I left feeling about your organisation?
Review and Feedback Exploration: Delve into customer reviews and feedback to extract invaluable insights. What are your customers truly saying? Discover the hidden opportunities within their comments.
Across 4x 1 hour virtual calls (one each fortnight), we'll review and work through the findings and create an plan of priorities.
In call 1 I'll get to know you and your business a little better:
What are you wanting to achieve?
Where do you feel your struggling around your branding, customer experience or process?
What else is going on in your business that might impact these things?
In call 2 we'll review what I found when I went mystery shopping:
Comprehensive Debrief Session: An engaging online session where I'll present all my findings and experiences- to good, the bad, and any ugly.
Written Report: You'll also receive a report with focused insights on your branding, customer experience, and first-hand process evaluations.
In call 3 we'll talk about whats driving this current situation:
Deeper dive conversation into some of the root causes of your branding, cx or process challenges.
Start discussing ways to address them, that are aligned with your overall business goals.
In our 4th call, we'll confirm:
Clear, actionable Steps: I'll provide you my recommendations to bridge gaps and amplify your strengths.
Prioritization Guidance: I'll give you expert advice on which areas to focus on first for optimal impact - to your customer, your team, and your bottom line.
